Since 2013, Russ Smith has been involved in over 500,000 square feet of office, flex, and industrial sale and lease transactions, with an aggregate value in excess of $114,000,000. Russ has leveraged his knowledge, experience, and strong work ethic to drive his repeated success in representing sellers, buyers, tenants, and investors in the Orange County commercial market. Russ resides in Tustin with his wife, and two children. He is heavily involved in the local hockey community as a player and coach and is an avid backpacker.
